Returns

You can exchange or return any unopened and unused item[s] for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date. To obtain a Return Authorization # for this exchange or return, please dial us toll free at 866-927-3687. We cannot accept any item[s] without an RA#.

 

All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% and the actual freight amount incurred by ePoolShop.com to get the package to you is non-refundable and will be deducted from your merchandise credit. If you would like to know what the non-refundable freight amount is that will be deducted from your merchandise credit, please contact us.

Exceptions to the Return Policy Above:

Items opened or used : no returns or exchanges can be accepted.

• Electronic items are NON-RETURNABLE.
• Light fixtures and light bulbs are NON-RETURNABLE.
• Heat Exchangers (Tube Bundles) are NON-RETURNABLE.
• Pool Covers are NON-RETURNABLE.
• Any item used or installed or damaged in the process are NON-RETURNABLE.
• All Chemicals are NON-RETURNABLE.

Warranties / Defects

All products carry a warranty from the manufacturer. All warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. Please refer to your Owner's Manual for the manufacturer's Customer Service telephone number. We are a warranty station for certain manufacturers. In the event that ePoolShop.com performs a warranty, the product[s] must be shipped back with return freight prepaid. You will be responsible for shipping fees both to and from the warehouse.

ePoolShop.com reserves the right to change or modify these policies at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
