How do I return or exchange an order?
We would much rather make sure you get the correct parts through our simple exchange policy, but if you had to get the necessary part elsewhere, returns are a no hassle affair. With either a return or exchange give us a call so we can give you an RMA number, that way we can expect your package and we will make the proper notations in your order.

Do you charge sales tax on your orders?

How can I check if an item is in-stock?
If an item has the tag “In-Stock” it most likely is. “NLA”, “Obsolete”, “Check Status” are tags that are most likely not in stock. Sometimes though, there might be a change so give us a call and we'll be happy to give you the up to the minute quantities.
