Q: How can I identify my Polaris cleaner model?
A: Identify your Polaris cleaner >
Q: From a customer email "I have a polaris and I need to order a new back-up valve. Do I order just he Back-up valve kit G-52 or do I also need the case kit and the mechanism?
A: The back-up valve kit comes with a new case and a new mechanism. The only thing you need to order is a G-52.
Q: Does the Polaris Float Arm Repair Kit A-45 really do a good job of repair? It appears to be really secure to the main frame on ours. If we cannot repair the float arm do you have bare frame assembly available. Ours is a model 180.
A: The Float Arm Repair kit does a pretty good job of fixing a broken float arm. Most of the ones I've fixed haven't been back for the float arm. Obtaining a 180 frame is a lengthy process. Polaris doesn't allow the frames to be in distribution. You basically have to send the old frame back to Polaris through a warranty station and Polaris sends the new frame back. When you purchase a frame from us we have to get your frame then send it to Polaris and wait for a new one to come back before we can get it to you. Sometimes after looking at all the parts you may end up replacing, a new cleaner is the way to go.
